I will always remember fondly how welcoming Betty was to those who visited her home! She always made everyone feel like family, and always loved to engage everyone in a friendly game of cards, or any of her favorite games! Always such an enjoyable time whenever we would visit!
So glad she will be reunited with her husband in heaven now!
Love and hugs to the family.....Jan and Doug Nielsen

Chuck and Betty were one of my parents best and life-long friends. Betty and my dad even hunted together way back in the day. Grant and I attended their anniversary party and I've been in constant communication with her ever since. She was a very kind, spirited, beautiful soul. I wished I'd have gotten to know her when I was much younger. She's reunited with Chuck now, and no longer struggling. May your faith bring you comfort. She brought such a special happiness to so many people.

To the family, I am sorry to hear the news about your loss. May the God who "binds up the brokenhearted" and "comforts all who mourn" sustain your family during this challenging time. Isaiah 61:1,2

I have so many wonderful memories of time spent in Crane's Grocery in the fifties when I was a child. It was an easy walk from my home on Surby. A good friend and neighbor Dick Willbrandt and I attended an open house for your parents a few years ago and so enjoyed recalling the good old days with them as well as you daughters. My sincere sympathy on the loss of your dear mother. Praying that treasured memories will comfort you in the coming days.

Peggy and Cindy,
So sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I remember her as being very patient with all of us when we were playing at your house all those years ago.

I have many memories of your mother and father when I was a little kid living on Wentworth and going into the store, your mother was always patient with the kids
and your dad busy cutting meat and you lived there next door.
She had a good long life, a good person may she rest in peace.
