To Mike's wife Pat and I extend our thoughts and prayers to all of you at this time. I knew Mike growing up in Wheeling as his Uncle Bill Howley was a family friend. Mike and I got to know each other more when we were in the band together at Wheeling Central HS. I believe Delores's father and my father were also first cousins. Mike was certainly a nice guy and I am sure he will be missed. Pat & Chuck Gruber, Bridgeport, WV

Condolences to the family. Although we didn't know Mike long, he was a great neighbor who cared deeply for his friend Kelly. You will be missed.

Mr. Howley was a Scout Leader with Troop 322. He taught my brother and I Communications merit badge and conducted my Eagle Scout Master conference. He often shared his experiences with the scouts and the leaders. He was an active volunteer for scouts throughout the council. He was a good man who loved his family. My family offers our condolences to James, Mrs. Howley, and the rest of his family.
