Johnnie Joe, Janet and Julie,

I am so sorry for the loss of your Dad. Jack was always kind, caring and helpful. He was a quiet man (your Mom was the bubbly, outgoing one) but I remember his smile. Your folks were so much a part of my life growing up- Sunday School, Bible School, church events, 4-H, the euchre card parties and other events for Young Adults. I remember your "old house" better than the new and swimming, ice skating

John, Janet & Julie, (I loved they were all J's) my condolences. Some of my best memories during MYF were spent when your parents hosted. They were one of the cool' parents. My mother, Vera, and I visited your father last year at Northpointe. He remembered me and was his same kind self. A little something special, we named our son Orry (his father was Orie) and I liked reminding him every time I'd visit Baseline. May peace be with you all.

So sorry to hear of John's passing. He and your mother were such lovely,God fearing people. We know he will be greatly missed but because of his faith his eternity is secure. He is in a beautiful place. Condolences to the family.

To the family:

John was a special friend to Don and Betty Stocken. They spoke so highly of John. My best friend Debbie (Stocken) Frey would be sorrowful if she had not preceded him to Glory. Family, rejoice for he lives in Heaven where there are no more tears. Rejoice when you can and cry when you need. My sincere sorrow in your time of grief.
