Condolence & Memory Journal

For many years, I sat next to Gene and Rosemary at weekday masses, and under the request of Father Fitzgerald, we prayed the divine office together. I will miss them both very much. Good people with a sincere and simple faith that possessed its own special depth. May God grant them eternal rest.

I am sorry to hear of Gene's death. He was always so positive and full of energy. I appreciated the support Gene and Rosie gave to the Child Abuse Prevention Endowment Fund and to all the children they supported and advocated for through out their lifetimes. He will be missed as is Rosie.

Mr. Beasley was an awesome person. He was my favorite teacher in high school. I have a lot of found memories of all the plays at Harper Creek I was involved in. He was always an awesome listener. I have fond memories of cross country with Mr Beasley and his son Paul. I am another one who is still enjoying a lifelong passion for running 30+ years later because of the great coaches I had in high school. Sending wishes of comfort and good memories to the Beasley family.

Mr Beasley was my very first cross country coach when I was a freshman at St Philip High School in 1986! He was so kind and patient. He helped me improve and become more confident. I'm am still a runner today and that is largely because of his influence. Many blessings to his family and friends during this difficult time.
