I am so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. I was a friend of Jeff's through my work with Henkel CDJ. As a Service and Parts Area Manager for Chrysler Corporation for 30 years, I had the pleasure of working with Jeff. We resolved many customer and dealership issues through those years. Jeff always had the customers needs and wants in the forefront- He was all about customer satisfaction before it was "cool." He had a heart of gold ! I looked forward to our talks together because of our friendship through the years- we laughed about the silliest things. I wish I could have one last talk to tell him how much I appreciated those talks and to give him another hug ! I'll see you in heaven, Jeff ! Love, Leslie
