He was born in Wyandotte, Michigan on May 8, 1950, the son of Herbert W. and Marian (Crabbe) Drouillard. A very decorated war hero, Chuck faithfully served his country as a Sergeant First Class in the United States Army & Reserves for more than 28 years. He retired in 2001 from the Ford Motor Company, after more than 26 years. After retirement, and to keep busy, Chuck served in the transportation departments at Harrison & Harper Creek Schools, and the CN Railroad.

Chuck married the "Love of His Life", Debra S. Iler in Newton Township on December 26, 1992; she survives. He is also survived by his children, C.J. (Jessica) Iler of Las Vegas, Nevada and Chad (Hiedi) Crabtree of Delton; grandchildren, Nathanial Crabtree, Will Henry Iler, Clarissa Allerding, Keely Jackson and Jaelyn Jackson; great-granddaughter, Ramona Allerding; his sister, Donna Drouillard; and many nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers & sisters.

A very hardworking & dedicated family man, Chuck enjoyed taking road trips, playing Bingo, going to the casinos, watching Chad fly his balloon, and of course, eating his ice cream. He was a member of the American Legion Post in Angola, IN and the V.F.W.

Funeral services with full military honors, will be held 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 15th at the Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta.
