Josephine Angeline Lauck passed away on June 1st, 2022 at the age of 83. She lived her last 24 years in Battle Creek, Michigan close to her two sons and granddaughter.
She was born in Bloomingdale, Michigan on March 12, 1939 to Primo Capovilla and Angeline (Budzinski) Capovilla. Josephine graduated from Hartford High School in 1957.
She loved spending time with her only granddaughter, Madelynn, as well as working on family genealogy. Josephine also enjoyed owning and operating the Collector's Cove Hobby Shop from 1985 to 1997 in Benton Harbor, until her retirement in 1998.
Josephine was preceded in death by her parents, her younger brother Primo Capovilla Jr. and a niece Tammy Diehl (Capovilla). She is survived by her sons: Robert Lauck and John (Debbie) Lauck, a sister, Mary Kling, granddaughter Madelynn, and nine nieces and nephews.
A family committal and inurnment will be held at Robinson Cemetery in Bloomingdale Township, MI.
