Heart Emblem

Kelsey Anne "Bubbles" Torres, age 26, sadly lost her battle with Covid-19 on Friday morning, December 3, 2021 at Bronson Battle Creek. Just as the same as in her life, her mother was by her side. She was born in Marshall, Michigan on July 7, 1995, the loving daughter of Randy and Courtney (Casarez) Torres. Kelsey has worked the past several years at Little Caesars Pizza.

Kelsey is survived by her mother, Courtney Torres; her brother, Joseph Torres; her niece, Amiah Torres; her grandmothers, Brenda Casarez, Carol Sutherland and Paula Torres; her grandfather, Paul Torres, Sr.; her Goddaughter, A'lana Daniels; her aunts, Jennifer Sutherland-Inman, Nicole (Bill) Bethel, Katie Casarez, and Leslie (Lance) Mansfield; her uncles, Paul (Marcia) Torres, Jr. and Paul "Jesse" Torres; her cat, "Snookie"; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Randy Torres; her grandfather, Trinidad "Joe" Casarez; and two uncles, Anthony & Stephen Casarez.

Kelsey was fiercely loyal and had a huge heart. She loved children and helping others in need. Always the "Life of the Party", Kelsey had a bubbly personality with a sarcastic & witty sense of humor, and loved to make others laugh. Kelsey was always on the go and a true restaurant connoisseur. She loved going out to eat, shopping, traveling and spending time with her family & friends.

The family will receive friends 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, December 19th at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral home & Cremation Care, Battle Creek where funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 20th. The service will be Live-Streamed/Recorded and may be viewed at
